How to use it

Apply the ointment to the knee using an amount equivalent to half a finger (approximately 7 grams) per knee. Massage the ointment in circular motions for 3-5 minutes per knee. Ensure the ointment reaches the sides and underside of the knee.

Completing the full 3-5 minutes is crucial to guarantee the knee fully benefits from the ointment. Repeat the process on the other knee in the same manner, even if it is healthy, as a preventive measure. (Refer to the video below)

After completing the massage, gently pat the area dry with tissue paper, ensuring the ointment is not completely removed. Avoid any movement for 30 to 40 minutes to allow the ointment to settle on the skin. Do not wash the knee area with water for at least 3 hours after application.
