Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order number, invoice, etc.).

Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone. The following steps must be followed:

  2. Receive a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documents.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds for credit/debit card payments may take additional time depending on the bank’s processing time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be processed.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it can be returned following the return policy.
